Job summary

Mingara Recreation Club on the Central Coast is seeking energetic Gaming Attendants to join our not-for-profit team. You’ll help create memorable experiences for members and guests, educate them about offerings and rewards, and deliver outstanding service.

We support development by funding your ARCG qualification and offer a welcoming culture with flexible hours. Based on the beautiful Central Coast, you’ll join a dedicated Gaming team and have opportunities to grow while delivering friendly,

Qualifications

• Flexibility across operating hours including split shifts, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA/RCG certificate.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for customers.
• Educate customers about what’s happening at the Club, product offerings and rewards.
• Consistently and proactively deliver exceptional customer service.
• Comply with Club policies and procedures, including RSA/RCG requirements.
• Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area.
• Be willing to work across a variety of areas within the Club.
• Be open to training, development and learning all aspects of the Club.
• Help us continuously improve and contribute to a constructive culture where everyone feels welcome.

We are looking for exceptional Gaming Attendants who are fun, caring, genuine and passionate. If you love creating memorable experiences, bringing great energy to every shift and working as part of an amazing team, this could be the opportunity for you!
