Job summary

West HQ is seeking a friendly Gaming Attendant to deliver top-notch customer service on our gaming floor, including TAB and Keno. The role requires RSA and RCG, but prior gaming experience isn't necessary as on‑the‑job training is provided. You’ll work across days, nights and weekends in a fast-paced, supportive team.

Expect to stay active on shift, with breaks to recharge. Enjoy perks like complimentary meals, gym access, staff discounts, and rewards programs.

Qualifications

• RSA and RCG Competency Card are essential.
• Experience in gaming not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Capable of working across day, night, and weekend shifts.

The day-to-day:

Our Gaming Attendants provide the ultimate customer service experience across our gaming services (including TAB and Keno), ensuring the gaming floor is clean and well-presented and that our harm minimisation strategies are upheld through our compliance standards.

The perfect fit:

Someone who has a passion for delivering high quality service with a warm and naturally engaging personality. We are looking for someone who is helpful, outgoing and enjoys working within a team. Whilst holding and RSA and RCG Competency Card is essential, you don’t necessarily have to have previous gaming experience in order to be considered. Our supportive and knowledgeable team are here to help with on-the-job training.

As our Gaming floor is operational across days, nights and weekends, we are ideally looking for someone who is able to work across varying days and hours. Expect to be on the go, walking and standing throughout your shift – which can last up to 10 hours (but don't worry, plenty of breaks to recharge!). If you're active, energetic, and love staying busy, this is the perfect role for you!
