Job summary

Workers Lifestyle Group in Western Sydney is seeking Club Attendants for casual and permanent part-time roles across Gaming, Bar, TAB and Keno. You will deliver friendly, professional service to members and guests and work across multiple venues with a rotating roster.

Ideal candidates hold NSW RSA and RCG cards, are team players with strong communication skills, and can work evenings, weekends and public holidays. RSA/RCG are essential and prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for Casual and Permanent Part Time Club Attendants to join our team and play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members and guests.

About the role

As a Club Attendant, you will play an important role in creating great experiences for our members and guests across our Gaming, Bar, TAB and Keno operations. This customer-focused role offers variety, with the opportunity to work across different areas of the Club while providing friendly, professional service.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.
• Assist across Gaming, Bar, TAB and Keno areas.
• Process transactions and operate relevant equipment accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
• Respond to member enquiries and provide assistance when needed.
• Follow all RSA, RCG, WHS and Club policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

About you

• Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
• Professional, well-presented and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous Club or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible availability to work a rotating roster across multiple sites, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
