Club Marconi is seeking motivated Gaming Attendants to join our friendly team.

About us….

Club Marconi is known as the sports and entertainment hub for the local area in Western Sydney (Bossley Park). The Club has over 55,000 members and brings a multitude of cultures together under one roof.

We offer a large gaming area including KENO and TAB plus a variety of dining options, including: The Piazza, Cafe; and the Star Buffet. We also offer a range of sporting facilities including: 5 Soccer fields; 1 Rugby League field: 5 Netball courts; 6 lane Bocce; Snooker and Billiards: Softball training fields; Cricket field; Indoor Cricket nets; Fencing Academy; 5 Tennis courts; and 4 Squash courts. About the Role…

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

• Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our members and guests.
• Processing orders and delivering accurate, friendly, and efficient service.
• Assisting patron enquiries/requests and providing accurate Club information.
• Maintaining general cleanliness of all service areas including smoking areas.

• Ability to understand Club Marconi’s products and service offerings as well as customer needs

Experience and Qualifications:

• Current NSW RSA & RCG competency card.
• Previous experience in Gaming is required.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is preferred.
