Job summary

SANE Australia is seeking a fundraising data analyst to deliver supporter and fundraising insights through data analysis, CRM management, and reporting within a hybrid, flexible Melbourne-based environment. As the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert, you will improve data quality, donor engagement, retention and fundraising performance through best-practice data management, analysis and process improvements.

• Proven experience in CRM/database management, data analytics and BI.
• Experience with donor, customer or fundraising data, segmentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyse donor and revenue data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design donor profiling, segmentation and test recommendations for campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and reports for board, campaigns and regular giving lifecycles.
• Improve CRM workflows and fundraising processes; implement approved improvements.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and compliance across Salesforce and related systems.
• Prepare data for fundraising appeals and donor communications.
• Monitor fundraising KPIs including lifetime value and donor movement.
