Job summary

The St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking a Fundraising & Data Insights Coordinator to join a collaborative, values-driven team in Sydney. This full-time, hybrid role combines data management, reporting and analytics to support donor engagement across campaigns.

You will manage the fundraising database, deliver targeted data selections and dashboards, and partner with fundraising, finance and CRM teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM databases or fundraising systems and data management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and produce reports.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience supporting campaigns through data segmentation and analysis.
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Qualifications in business, analytics, information systems, fundraising, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing fundraising database with data accuracy, integrity and privacy compliance.
• Deliver data selections, segmentation and reporting for campaigns and supporter engagement.
• Support analysis of fundraising performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain fundraising reports and dashboards monitoring campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with fundraising, finance and CRM stakeholders to improve data workflows.
• Support CRM enhancements, system development, documentation, training and user support.
