GROW Inc in Australia is seeking a Team Lead for the Fund Services team to mentor and guide the group, manage workflows, and ensure client requests are handled efficiently. The role supports a hybrid work model and candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney are preferred.

You will contribute to business enhancements, address incidents, review rules with clients, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders while upholding high standards of accuracy and service.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in leading a Superannuation Administration team.
• Strong experience in superannuation administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Great problem-solving abilities and the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• High level of attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support, coach and mentor your team
• Manage workflows to ensure your team's SLA's are met
• Provide input and feedback into business enhancements
• Support any client enquiries
• Manage business incident remediation
• Review and put forward business rules and procedure updates for team in consultation with clients
