Job summary

GROW Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for the Fund Services team in Australia. You will coach and mentor a high-performing group, manage workflows to meet SLAs, and contribute to business enhancements while handling client inquiries and incident remediation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading a superannuation administration team, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders. The role embraces a hybrid work model across Melbourne or Sydney.

As Team Lead of the Fund Services teamat GROW, you will:

To be successful in this role, we’re ideally looking for candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney who have:

• 5+ years of experience in leading a Superannuation Administration team, ideally within the fund services space or similar
• Strong experience in superannuation administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Great problem-solving abilities and the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Ability to adapt to change
• High level of attention to detail
