Job summary

Caruso is seeking a Delivery Lead in Sydney to run one of our fund services teams. You will be the day-to-day client contact, manage standups, plan work across distributions, statements, and investor communications, and ensure deadlines are met.

You will collaborate with data engineering, product engineering, and internal tooling to diagnose issues, feed back ideas, and help the team deliver a superior experience for fund managers and investors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing delivery role such as project management, implementation or consulting.
• Strong organisation and follow-through; you run a tight plan and close the loop.
• Detail-driven and analytical; comfortable with spreadsheets and data.
• Able to explain trade-offs to clients without being an engineer.
• Confident with fund managers, CFOs and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for each client your team serves.
• Run the team's daily standup and set priorities.
• Plan and track work across distributions, statements and investor communications.
• Keep clients informed with proactive updates and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with data engineering to diagnose data issues.
• Contribute feedback to the Caruso platform and AI layer.
