Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related.
• Experience in audit or transaction services.
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Genuine interest in funds management or investment operations.
• Self-starter capable of autonomous work in a fast-paced environment.
• Process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own fund reconciliations, account management and financial reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready records and up-to-date documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and fund covenants compliance.
• Prepare monthly investor reporting and performance updates.
• Draft documentation for new investment opportunities.
• Support fund administration including capital movements and distributions.
• Assist with periodic portfolio reviews and valuation assessments.
• Ensure adherence to fund mandate and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate across operations, finance and legal functions.
• Contribute to building processes and controls as the business scales.
