Job summary

Corporation Service Company is seeking a seasoned Fund Services Manager to lead day-to-day service delivery for Fund/SPV administration across a portfolio of Australian clients. You will coordinate monthly management accounts, year-end statements, audits, and tax filings, while ensuring high-quality client service and process excellence.

The role requires strong IFRS and Australian Accounting Standards knowledge, 7+ years in fund houses or accounting firms, and a professional accounting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fund administration or accounting experience.
• Experience in trust accounting and NAV calculation.
• IFRS and Australian Accounting Standards knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service delivery for Fund/SPV administration for client portfolios.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts and year-end financial statements.
• Coordinate audit, tax filings, and payment services for funds.
• Act as central client contact and maintain key relationships.
• Drive process improvements and SOC audit compliance for Australia team.
• Lead collaboration with auditors, tax advisors, and service providers.
• Oversee KYC procedures and client acceptance documentation.
