• 5+ years of experience in leading a Superannuation Administration team, ideally within the fund services.
• Strong experience in superannuation administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach and mentor your team
• Manage workflows to ensure your team's SLA's are met
• Provide input and feedback into business enhancements
• Support any client enquiries
• Manage business incident remediation
• Review and put forward business rules and procedure updates for team in consultation with clients
