Australian Care Agency is seeking an experienced HR professional to support our growing workforce. This is a fully remote role partnering with our Director, rostering and payroll across Australia.

You will have 2+ years of HR experience, solid SCHADS and Fair Work Act knowledge, and familiarity with NDIS standards. The role offers remote flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact in disability and community services.

Competenze

• 2+ years HR experience in disability, aged care or community services.
• Solid knowledge of SCHADS Award and Fair Work Act.
• Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and worker screening.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, able to work remotely.
• ShiftCare and Xero Payroll experience is a bonus.
• HR qualification or related field is desirable.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of support workers and nurses.
• Maintain staff compliance: screenings, First Aid, vaccinations, licences, training.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Advise on SCHADS Award classifications, pay, leave and breaks.
• Handle employee relations, including complaints and investigations.
• Draft and update HR policies to support audits.
• Support WHS and return-to-work processes.
• Workforce planning across Queensland and Victoria.
