As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced HR & IR Consultant to join our team, with strong IR capability across multiple industries and a client-facing, remote role.

Qualifikationen

• Strong IR capability and award interpretation across multiple industries.
• Excellent communication and client advisory skills.
• Experience in consultancy settings and managing client engagements.
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical HR and IR advice to a diverse client base remotely.
• Advise on award coverage, classification and interpretation (SCHADS essential).
• Draft and tailor employment contracts to industry and compliance requirements.
• Act as an embedded HR Manager for key clients and manage day-to-day HR queries.
