As a Senior HR & Workplace Relations Professional, you’ll handle IR and ER matters, payroll remediation, and system implementations, with room to specialise.

Qualifications

• Extensive (minimum 10 years’) experience operating as a HR professional, ideally with a consulting background.
• Proven ability to provide accurate and practical advice across a wide range of topics.
• Strong knowledge of Awards with demonstrated expertise in interpretation and application.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex IR advice and employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Handle terminations and general protections claims with guidance.
• Support payroll remediation and HR/payroll systems implementation and general HR consulting.
