Job summary

Bunnings Warehouse in NSW is looking for a Senior Supervisor to lead the heart of the store, shaping customer experience and supporting a high‑performing team. This full‑time role requires flexibility across mornings, days and evenings to serve customers seven days a week.

You will work with the leadership team to ensure safety, stock availability, and store readiness, developing your leadership skills and making a real impact on the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong focus on safety and stock management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make quick, practical decisions.
• Willingness to work across a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and service excellence.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Coach and develop team members on the shop floor.
• Manage stock flow and replenishment.
• Promote a strong safety culture.
• Resolve customer queries and build loyalty.
• Identify efficiency improvements and roll out new processes.
• Support onboarding and development of staff.
