Job summary

Bunnings Warehouse is seeking a Senior Supervisor in Sydney, NSW to lead the customer experience and support store leadership to keep the store safe, well-stocked and ready for customers. Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
• Confidence overseeing store operations including safety, stock management and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems practically.
• Focus on safety and positive environment for team and customers.
• Availability to work across a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required
• Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service
• Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment
• Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing
• Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty
• Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes
• Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job
