Campbelltown City Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer for the Gordon Fetterplace Aquatic Centre. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service in person, over the phone and via digital channels, while supporting admissions and member care.

Role requires strong communication, cash handling and a willingness to work early starts, late finishes and weekends. Applicants must hold a Working With Children Check and First Aid, with a view to ongoing development within

Qualifications

• Experience in providing customer service in a high volume, fast-paced environment (Leisure or recreation facilities preferred).
• Experience in face-to-face and phone-based customer service.
• Experience in cashiering and internal audit requirements.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current Resuscitation Certificate and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Willingness to work a roster with early start and late finish shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Current Working With Children Check for paid work (or willingness to obtain).
