Job summary

Gordon Fetterplace Aquatic Centre in Campbelltown, NSW, is hiring a full-time front desk assistant for 38 hours per week. You will welcome customers, handle admissions, answer inquiries, and manage cash with accuracy while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Face-to-face and phone-based customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current Resuscitation and First Aid certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working With Children Check for paid work (or willingness to obtain).
• Willingness to work a roster with early starts and late finishes, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers; manage front desk operations including direct customer service, inquiries, admissions, and cash handling.
• Provide excellent member care and respond to enquiries via phone and email in a busy leisure facility environment.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and uphold the centre's values of respect, integrity and teamwork.
