Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and discovery conversations with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solar solutions.
• Prepare and send proposals while clearly explaining available options.
• Follow up prospective customers and progress opportunities towards a sale.
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through to successful close.
• Engage existing insurance customers to identify relevant upgrade opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information while providing professional ongoing service.
