Directhaul Pty Limited is seeking a proactive Depot Operator to support fuel and lubricant delivery operations across Darwin and the NT. You will handle customer enquiries, invoicing, stock balancing and depot coordination, playing a key role in maintaining service quality.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and the ability to learn all aspects of the fuel business in a supportive environment, with opportunities to improve depot processes across locations.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound customer enquiries providing price quotes and ordering via phone, email and over the counter. Maintain high standards of customer service and address any customer concerns effectively
• Depot Stock Control including: Stock reconciliation, invoicing and managing site fuel balances
• Filling the depots Pods ready for transport to Island customers
• Day-to-day operations including, depot inspections, depot dips, vehicle inspections
• Focal point for accuracy in our In-house systems, including ERP.
• Collaborate with Senior Leaders to improve depot processes, including streamlining and standardising stocks and procedures across all locations
