Job summary

Origin Energy in Darwin is seeking a logistics-focused LPG delivery professional to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery of LPG to Domestic, Commercial and Industrial customers across the region.

Based in Darwin, you will work closely with the Terminal Manager, comply with OH&S standards, and participate in safety activities. A HC licence is required with DG or Forklift as a plus; strong customer service and initiative are

Qualifications

HC Licence required.
DG & Forklift License advantageous.
Experience adhering to health and safety requirements.
Motivated and able to use your own initiative.
Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of LPG to commercial customers.
General maintenance and cleaning duties in the terminal.
Remote deliveries across the NT with up to 2–3 overnight stays in the sleeper cabin as required.
Participation in safety activities including HSE meetings, observations, incident reporting and audits.
Ensuring that deliveries are made in an accurate and timely manner as per the daily scheduled requirements.
Ensure that touch PC's are uploaded at the completion of each shift.
Undertake and complete daily / weekly / monthly checks of assigned delivery vehicles and complete appropriate checklists in accordance with Origin Energy Operational Procedures.
Reporting any customer Site Installation Defects or Hazards in the required format.
