Job summary

YMCA South Australia is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our Children's Services Support Services Team in Adelaide. You will be the first point of contact for families, Directors, Educators and Regional Managers, handling enrolments, bookings, payments and general account enquiries.

The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, with strong collaboration with Senior Support Officers and the Children's Services Administration Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• A confident communicator who's comfortable managing multiple enquiries at once.
• Experience with booking or account management systems (Xplor experience highly regarded, but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline phone and email support to families, OSHC Directors and Educators, and Early Learning staff
• Process enrolments, checking documentation and following up anything incomplete
• Manage Xplor booking requests, waiting lists and account updates
• Process payments, refunds and EFTPOS transactions
• Run weekly Master Roll reports and follow up discrepancies with services
• Support Vacation Care administration and Communications updates
