Unitywater is seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email and reception. You will provide timely, accurate information, log interactions and support continuous service improvements.

The role requires effective communication, a calm problem-solving approach and a team-oriented mindset, with flexibility to work across 8am–5pm shifts at Mango Hill or Maroochydore.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or a contact centre.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to juggle priorities while staying calm and professional.
• Natural problem-solver who can think on their feet.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.
• Open to feedback and continuous learning.
• Valid C Class Driver’s Licence (essential).
• A Certificate III in Customer Contact or Business Admin would be a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email or in person.
• Provide timely, accurate support and advice using Unitywater policies.
• Log and resolve customer interactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and service delivery.
• Follow WHS practices and participate in safety initiatives.
