Job summary

Unitywater in Maroochydore is seeking two proactive Customer Service Officers to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email and in-person at reception. You will provide timely, accurate information and log interactions to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

This part-time role (Mon–Fri, 12:00pm–5:00pm) emphasizes customer care, effective communication and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute ideas for improving service while following WHS practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Natural problem-solver who can think on their feet.
• Team player who collaborates well.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn.
• Certificate III in Customer Contact or Business Admin would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions, solve problems and provide accurate information to customers.
• Confidently manage requests, issues and feedback using Unitywater policies and systems.
• Log and resolve customer interactions to keep processes running smoothly.
