Job summary

Unitywater is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person, provide timely information and resolve issues using Unitywater policies.

The role supports a collaborative team and requires a flexible approach to shift times at Mango Hill or Maroochydore. You will be part of a safety-aware, diverse workplace with opportunities for learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a contact centre.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Natural problem-solver who can think on their feet.
• Team player who collaborates to achieve great outcomes.
• Willing to learn, open to feedback and grow in the role.
• Valid C Class Driver’s Licence is essential; Certificate III in Customer Contact or Business Admin is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Log and ensure timely resolution of customer interactions.
