Qualifications

• 3+ years experience developing applications with TypeScript and React.
• Strong full stack engineering fundamentals and experience with distributed microservices.
• Disciplined engineering practices, including unit and integration testing, code review and security considerations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with business-minded trade-offs.
• Ownership mindset with production support.
• Experience or curiosity with generative AI tools in software development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and stakeholders on Lumi's lending, risk management and customer service systems.
• Design and deliver technical solutions using TypeScript and React; participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to performance, scalability and maintainability improvements of the platform.
• Explore and apply AI technologies to improve customer outcomes and internal efficiency.
