Lumi, a leading fintech lender, is hiring Relationship Managers to engage warm leads, qualify opportunities, and manage end-to-end proposals across Australia. You will build strong broker and SME relationships and coordinate with internal teams to align loans with customer needs and Lumi policies.

The role emphasizes active pipeline management, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative attitude within a high-growth sales environment in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Goals to work in a vibrant sales team.
• Solid telephone sales experience in B2B finance; lending experience desirable.
• Proven pipeline management; FinTech/financial services experience desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask with a fast-moving pipeline.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Commercial mindset.
• Curious, positive and self-starting.
• Ability to work well with others and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contacting and qualifying warm leads provided by broker partners and direct customers
• Taking proposals from first enquiry through to settlement
• Building relationships and working closely with brokers and SMEs throughout Australia
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to seek approval for loans in line with customer needs & Lumi policies
