Lumi is a leading fintech lender empowering Australian businesses with fast and flexible funding. We are building a state-of-the-art automation platform and are hiring for a role shaping agentic workflows, data governance, and scalable AI-driven solutions.
You will partner with business, product, and data teams to design governance-friendly automation, evaluate tools like n8n and Databricks, and ensure secure, observable automation across the stack.
Qualifications
- Experience shipping production software.
- Hands-on with agentic workflows and automation tools.
- Experience with governed data platforms (Databricks).
- Experience or interest in data governance and metadata management.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and product teams to identify and build agentic workflows and reusable skills.
- Advise on platform decisions for automation hosting (n8n, Databricks Apps, Claude-based tooling).
- Design data access layers with appropriate permissions and guardrails.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering on cataloguing, metadata, and lineage for reliable automation.
- Define ownership and accountability for automations and data domains.
- Oversee governance scaffolding for AI/automation adoption and lifecycle management.
- Prioritize processes for automation in line with strategic initiatives.
