LUMI in Sydney-based fintech is seeking a hands-on software professional to design and ship agentic automations and data workflows that power our funding platform for Australian businesses.

You will partner with product and data teams to implement scalable AI-driven processes, evaluate tooling, and establish governance around data and automation while balancing speed and reliability. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong prior experience shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience building agentic workflows and automations in tools like n8n.
• Practical experience with agent patterns: tool use, function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-step orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and build agentic workflows and reusable skills to solve real problems.
• Advise on platform decisions for automations and agents, balancing speed, cost, and governance.
• Shape data organization for automations with governance and trusted sources.
