Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a dedicated Front Office Team Leader for the Regency Club on the 11th floor, Sydney, NSW. You will guide colleagues, oversee guest services, and uphold Hyatt standards to deliver exceptional experiences for our valued guests.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a passion for service, and the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster. RSA certification and Australian working rights are essential prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 5-star hotel or premium environment is essential.
• Opera PMS familiarity is highly advantageous.
• RSA and Australian working rights are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the Regency Club operation to ensure smooth service.
• Assist the Regency Assistant Manager with daily duties and lead the team.
• Coordinate cashier and concierge duties for World of Hyatt elite members.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
