• Experience in a 5-star hotel or premium environment.
• Experience with à la carte service; Opera experience is highly advantageous.
• Enthusiastic, thoughtful and personable demeanor.
• Outgoing and inclusive personality with a hands-on leadership style.
• Excellent problem-solving and team-support skills.
• Full Australian working rights and ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
• Current RSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest satisfaction by managing arrivals, guest history, and accurate records.
• Coordinate check-ins/outs for World of Hyatt Elite members; oversee cashier and concierge duties.
• Handle guest enquiries courteously and efficiently; escalate when needed.
• Ensure smooth operation of the Regency Club lounge with cleanliness and staffing.
