Located in Sydney, Park Hyatt hotels deliver sophisticated, contemporary luxury with regional character and iconic touches. The Bell Desk lead will verify guest details, supervise staff, and ensure smooth operations while providing memorable service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, email and Opera.
• Good trainer capable of facilitating at all levels.
• Good knowledge of Sydney.
• Ability to organize the driveway.
• Essential knowledge of travel and hotel industry.
• Valid Australian licence.

Responsibilities

• Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transporting transportation.
• Directs traffic in the hotel's driveway.
• Handles guest enquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Ensures smooth and efficient operation of the department.
• Supervises employees within the department, maintaining service standards.
