Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney is recruiting for a professional Team Leader to join our Bell Desk team and redefine luxury. This role oversees luggage handling, guides driveway traffic, and delivers courteous guest service in a premium hotel setting.

You will supervise staff, ensure smooth department operations, and uphold Hyatt standards while providing an exceptional guest experience in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, email and Opera.
• Ability to train and facilitate at all levels.
• Good knowledge of Sydney.
• Ability to organize the driveway.
• Knowledge of travel and hotel industry.
• Valid Australian Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

The main duties and responsibilities for this role will include the following:

• Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transporting transportation,
• Assists to direct traffic in the hotel's driveway,
• Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,
• Assists to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department,
• Supervises employees within the department, making sure that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained,

Qualifications

To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:

• Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills,
• Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and Opera,
• Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels,
• Good knowledge of Sydney,
• Ability to organize the driveway,
• Essential knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry.
• Valid Australian Licence is a must
