Qualifications

• Fine dining service experience and training.
• 1–2 years in a similar Team Leader role.
• Current NSW RSA Licence.
• Well‑rounded knowledge of wines and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Manager by ensuring policies are executed.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure F&B standards are implemented.
• Take reservations, greet guests, present menus and beverage lists.
• Provide wine and dish recommendations to complement meals.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages professionally.
• Provide table service and manage payments at POS.
• Be a hands-on leader during busy periods and coach team members.
