Job summary

Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant for our In Room Dining team, available part-time or full-time. Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, you will deliver orders and amenities with warmth and precision, and exceed guest expectations.

You’ll report to the In Room Dining Manager, bring a friendly presence, strong grooming, and excellent communication. NSW RSA and Australian working rights are required; a rotating 7-day roster includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar role or hotel environment highly regarded.
• A passion for providing exceptional service.
• A warm and caring attitude.
• Strong personal presentation and grooming standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A current NSW RSA.
• Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster including weekends, morning and evening shifts.
• Valid Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders and amenities to guests in In Room Dining.
• Provide exceptional guest service with attention to detail.
