QT Hotels & Resorts is EVT’s premium lifestyle hotel brand, with locations across Australia. We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, ensure seamless guest experiences, and lead a dynamic team in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

You will mentor front office colleagues, monitor room availability and billing accuracy, liaise with Finance on credit procedures, and contribute to revenue through promotions with hotel outlets and partners.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in hotel front office operations.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (Opera preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and prompt resolution of guest needs and concerns.
• Supervise and support Front Office team members, providing guidance during peak periods and fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Monitor room availability, rate accuracy, and billing instructions to maximise occupancy, revenue, and compliance with credit policies.
• Liaise with Finance to ensure adherence to credit procedures and approve discounts, rebates, and upgrades where appropriate.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain “Room Ready on Arrival” standards and deliver personalised amenities for VIP and EVT PGR guests.
• Drive revenue opportunities by identifying and implementing promotional strategies in collaboration with hotel outlets and partners.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, uniform, and professional conduct across front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of Front Office colleagues, ensuring engagement through briefings, recognition, and team-building activities.
