EVT Limited, including QT Perth, is seeking a capable F&B Supervisor to lead and develop the front-of-house team across our premium hotel and dining venues. You will ensure high-quality guest service, maintain standards, and manage rosters, POS usage, and cash handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B supervisory or team leader experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards.
• Experience with rosters, POS, and cash handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene, and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, high quality service that anticipates guest needs.
• Lead, train, and support F&B attendants and team leaders.
• Maintain grooming, service, and operational standards.
• Manage rosters, timesheets, and daily staffing.
• Ensure stock levels, cleanliness, and WH&S compliance.
• Prepare and serve beverages to hotel standards.
• Follow all cashiering and financial procedures.
• Protect and maintain equipment.
• Complete opening/closing duties and assist other outlets as needed.
