Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a hands-on Front Office leader in Adelaide who will be the go-to person for guests and the team. You will balance service, operations and team performance to keep Front Office running smoothly, coaching colleagues and enhancing guest experiences.

You will supervise daily Front Office operations, respond to guest requests, support recognition programs, monitor standards and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey, including

Qualifications

Front Office leadership experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
Confident using hotel systems including PMS and POS.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily Front Office operations and ensure warm, professional guest service.
Respond to guest requests and concerns, resolving issues with confidence and care.
Support rewards programs and guest experience initiatives.
Monitor presentation, service standards and brand compliance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Step up in the absence of the duty manager and participate in decision making.
Coach and support colleagues; ensure training and tools are available.
Drive upselling and revenue opportunities through the team; prepare rosters and timesheets.
Follow health, safety, security and compliance requirements; report hazards and incidents.
