Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Adelaide is seeking a hands-on Front Office Supervisor to lead daily operations, balancing guest service with efficiency and mentoring the team to deliver a warm, memorable guest experience.

You will work closely with the Front Office leadership, coordinate with other departments, manage rosters, uphold brand standards, and step up in the manager's absence while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership experience in Front Office operations.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Experience using hotel systems (PMS, POS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Office operations and ensure warm, professional guest service.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns, resolving issues with confidence and care.
• Support IHG Rewards recognition, enrolment and other guest experience initiatives.
• Monitor Front Office presentation, service standards and brand compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Step up in the absence of the duty manager and assist with decision making.
