InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and provide local recommendations to guests while ensuring brand standards are met.

The role requires at least 1 year in a hotel front desk or guest service position, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in hotel front desk or guest service.
• Experience leading and motivating a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle guest concerns and turn issues into positive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Check in guests according to brand standards and procedures.
• Lead, coach and onboard Front Office colleagues.
• Be the main point of contact for the Front Office team and operationally lead daily tasks.
• Manage guest bookings in Opera Cloud and explore upselling opportunities.
• Process check-outs and payments in line with procedures.
