Qualifications

• Front office management experience.
• Experience overseeing reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
• Knowledge of WHS and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel Front Office operations to deliver personalised customer service.
• Supervise reservations, guest arrivals and departures ensuring smooth check-in/out.
• Drive Front Office sales targets in coordination with Sales.
• Utilise Front Office system and produce accurate reports for operations.
• Supervise lobby services and ensure efficient guest flow.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to meet guest needs and standards.
• Oversee night audit, receivables and daily reporting with attention to detail.
• Ensure public areas are clean, well-presented and properly staffed.
• Adhere to WHS and compliance policies.
