Job summary

EVT Limited is seeking a Front Office Manager for Horizons Lake Jindabyne to lead daily front desk operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and mentor a high-performing team across shifts. You will partner with hotel leadership to deliver seamless service in a resort setting.

The role requires at least 2 years in front office, strong occupancy/yield awareness, and RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in front office operations at a hotel or similar property.
• Strong occupancy and yield management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient team performance.
• Oversee hotel operations in the absence of the Hotel Manager or General Manager.
• Drive a strong service culture by coaching the team on the hotel’s service values and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate staffing across departments to ensure coverage aligns with operational needs and financial targets.
• Maintain high visibility in the lobby, especially during VIP and group arrivals, ensuring all preparations are executed flawlessly.
