Horizons Lake Jindabyne is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Attendant to join EVT Limited’s hospitality team. You will contribute to delivering standout service across restaurant, bar, breakfast and events, greeting guests and ensuring a polished, welcoming dining environment in your section.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an F&B attendant or waitstaff in a restaurant, bistro or hotel.
• Knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training provided).
• Warm, friendly and guest-focused service attitude.
• Able to carry multiple plates and clear tables.
• Adaptable and attentive to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests, ensuring a high-end dining experience.
