Meriton Suites in Mascot Central invites applications for a Front Office Manager who will lead front office operations, collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance, and report to the Hotel Manager. You will drive guest experiences, manage rosters and payroll, and uphold Meriton standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Guest Service Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager seeking next step.
• Genuine passion for guest service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Commitment to building a culture of respect and inclusion.
• Focus on team development and leadership capabilities.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead front office operations and team.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through strong leadership and collaboration.
• Close the loop on guest feedback with critical thinking and guest connections.
• Ensure daily front desk tasks are communicated, actioned and completed.
• Drive positive guest experiences both individually and across the team.
• Manage roster and payroll financials.
• Collaborate with the Hotel Manager on building presentation and upkeep.
• Adhere to Meriton Suites standards, policies and procedures.
• Be able to manage the hotel in the absence of the Hotel Manager.
