Job summary

EVT at Rydges Pit Lane is seeking an events coordinator to manage hotel events end‑to‑end, from enquiry through delivery, ensuring a superb client and hotel outcome.

You will prepare contracts, banquet event orders, invoices and floorplans, and coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Kitchen and Operations, while driving sales via the iVvy CRM. This role supports major events across our hotel and entertainment network, with day‑one perks and clear opportunities for rapid career growth.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, able to liaise across departments and with clients.
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of converting enquiries.
• CRM experience (iVvy a plus).
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours for key events.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel events end-to-end, from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a great outcome for clients and the hotel.
• Prepare contracts, banquet event orders, invoices and floorplans with accuracy.
• Liaise with Front Office, F&B, Kitchen and Operations to align on event requirements.
• Manage the iVvy CRM, keeping sales activity and client records up to date.
• Handle deposits, payments and revenue reporting in line with hotel policy.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Identify new opportunities for conferences, events and group bookings.
• Support major events, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when needed.
