COMO The Treasury in Perth's Historic State Buildings seeks friendly Front Office Hosts to deliver exceptional guest service. You will assist with check-ins and check-outs using our PMS, greet guests, and create a welcoming arrival experience.

Key qualities are excellent communication, hospitality passion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This casual role offers Summer-season availability and employee benefits within the building complex.

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out with the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting arrival lounge and back-of-house areas.
• Address guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with sincerity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Identify guest preferences and update profiles to enhance their future visits.
• Provide attentive service to repeat, long-term, and special occasion guests.
• Collaborate with hotel colleagues to ensure a positive and seamless guest experience.
• Report any issues or unusual occurrences to the Duty Manager or Front Office Manager.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.

About the Business

COMO The Treasury is a 48 ¬room contemporary luxury hotel in Perth's revitalised historic heart. Occupying the State Buildings dating from the mid-19th century, COMO The Treasury opens up the city with new experiences by way of two restaurants, a bar and world-renowned COMO Shambhala wellness therapies. COMO The Treasury also provides an elegant, restful base from which to explore the wilder lures of Western Australia.

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Hosts to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. In this role, you will assist with guest check-ins and check-outs using our Property Management System (PMS), ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience. You will build strong relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and deliver personalised service to make every stay memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out with the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting arrival lounge and back-of-house areas.
