Job summary

Accor at Sydney Olympic Park in New South Wales is seeking an entry-level Front Office/Guest Service associate. You will be the first and last contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Experience in customer service is preferred; strong communication, a calm demeanor under pressure, and flexible availability including nights and weekends are valued. Australian work rights and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check‑in and check‑out using Opera PMS.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently.
• Assist with group arrivals and departures.
• Operate phones, process payments and balance transactions.
• Promote Accor loyalty programs and hotel services.
• Support luggage handling, wake‑up calls and guest assistance.
