Job summary

Accor at Sydney Olympic Park in New South Wales is seeking an entry-level Front Office/Guest Service associate. You will be the first and last contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Experience in customer service is preferred; strong communication, a calm demeanor under pressure, and flexible availability including nights and weekends are valued. Australian work rights and a valid driver’s license are required.

Job Description

You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, delivering warm, professional service and ensuring a seamless stay. This is a hands‑on, guest‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys variety and a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently
• Assist with group arrivals and departures
• Operate phones, process payments and balance transactions
• Promote Accor loyalty programs and hotel services
• Support luggage handling, wake‑up calls and guest assistance
• Work collaboratively with hotel and precinct teams

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of OPERA is advantageous
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Current and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Experience in Front Office, Reception, Concierge or Valet is desirable.
