Job summary

Mercure Resort on the Gold Coast is seeking a guest-focused Front Office professional to welcome guests, handle requests, and create a seamless stay from check-in to check-out.

You will work with a dedicated team, use Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office, stay flexible across evenings and weekends, and help promote loyalty and local experiences while upholding the resort's wellbeing philosophy.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to front office operations (hotel or resort setting).
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to drive guest loyalty, memberships and in-house dining.
